It is important to make anger the last card in the workplace.
When you opt for anger you leave no room for negotiations, analysis or review. it's game over, case closed. That's as good as it gets.
When dealing with a client,as unreasonable as he may be, try not to pull out the anger card. Keep negotiating and presenting different options that may appeal to your customer.

If we pay so much attention to the elimination of trash, how much more paying even more attention to saving lives?
There should be enough first-aid boxes to go round. Two offices can share one, depending on the population there. At least, the first aid boxes should be within the reach of the...

Is it really necessary to know your colleagues HIV status? Or if you were HIV positive would you like other members of staff to be informed?
I think it's quite unnecessary. I don't know everyone's status on the streets or everywhere I find myself so why should my office be different? I don't know everyone's health challenges, so why should this be different?
Whether positve or negetive it is your responsibility to protect yourself by carrying out safe practices.
Have your own office stationery, afterall we all have our own PCs,desks and even trash...
