Common Signs of Stress

Chances are that you might be stressed at work.
This may be as a result of a build up of activities outside the workplace not necessarily because of your job.
These "baggages" like unresolved domestic issues are then "carried" to work and you find your work becoming burdensome.

Some common signs of stress are;
 Headaches
 Tiredness
 Stomach aches
 Digestive disorders like indigestion, constipation and diarrhoea
 Emotional signs like frustration,anxiety and distraction
 Overeating and under eating
                                    Alcohol or drug abuse
                                    Difficulty in sleeping
