Anger- The Last Card in the Workplace

It is important to make anger the last card in the workplace.
When you opt for anger you leave no room for negotiations, analysis or review. it's game over, case closed. That's as good as it gets.
When dealing with a client,as unreasonable as he may be, try not to pull out the anger card. Keep negotiating and presenting different options that may appeal to your customer.
When relating with colleagues, better to leave the issue open or adjourned if you can't come to an agreement, than to close the matter in anger.
When dealing with subordinates who may have obviously blown it, sit on the anger card! Carefully analyse their explanations to fish out the loop holes or mistakes, objectively.
When dealing with your superiors, I daresay you ought not to have the anger card on you or you may soon be on the other side
of the fence!
Let anger remain what it is; the last card for all situations.
